$100 for every friend you send us, up to two. That is a $200 maximum. There is no code, no link and no form — your friend calls us and mentions your name, and the credit goes on your account. We are a family-owned business, and most of the pools we look after arrived this way.
How it works

Tell someone with a pool about us
Usually a neighbour whose water has gone the wrong colour, or someone who has just bought a house with a pool and no idea who was looking after it.

They call and mention your name
This is the whole mechanism. Ask them to say it on the first call — if your name is never mentioned, there is nothing linking the two of you and we cannot apply a credit after the fact.

Your $100 credit goes on your account
Spend it on weekly service or on any other job. Do it once more and that is $200, which is where the credit stops.
What the credit can be spent on
Any of our services. It is a credit on your account, not a coupon for one particular thing.
- Weekly maintenance
Full chemistry, netting and vacuuming, brushing, baskets and an equipment inspection, one to two visits a week all year. A $100 credit covers a useful part of a month.
- Green to Clean
Bringing a green pool back without draining it — swimmable in about two days.
- Acid wash
Lifting the stained top layer of plaster so the finish is one colour again.
- Equipment repair
Pumps, heaters, filters, salt systems, lights, plumbing and automation controls.

Questions about the referral credit
How many friends can I refer?
As many as you like — the credit is what stops at two. Two referrals, two $100 credits, $200 in total.
What happens if my friend forgets to mention my name?
Then nothing connects the two calls, and we have no way of knowing where they came from. Tell them to mention you when they ring rather than afterwards.
Can I use the credit on a one-time job instead of weekly service?
Yes. It applies to any service we offer — a green-pool recovery, an acid wash, a repair or a plaster start-up, not only to weekly maintenance.
Does my friend get anything?
Not from this programme — the $100 credit is yours, and it exists to thank the person doing the recommending. Your friend gets a quote like anyone else. Sending them here is the simplest way to start.
