The more you tell us about the pool, the closer the first number will be to the final one.

Every question below exists because the answer changes the price or the schedule. Skip anything you do not know — “not sure” is a real answer and we will work it out.

Calling is usually faster for anything urgent — a green pool before a weekend, or equipment that has stopped in the middle of summer.

Where we are

Pool Care LA
4121 Radford Ave, Ste. #214, Studio City, CA 91604
client@poolcarela.com

We are a mobile service — the Studio City address is the office the routes run from, not a shop counter. See where the routes go.

What happens next

  1. We read the details

Size, condition, equipment and where the pool is. That is usually enough to know which service you need.

  2. We come back with a number

And say plainly if the pool needs a one-time recovery before a weekly route makes sense.

  3. You get a day on the route

Weekly service runs by day of the week, so you will know which day is yours.

AutoPay

If you would rather not think about it every month, we can set up automatic payments. All major credit cards accepted — ask when you get in touch.

Not sure what to ask for?

The pricing page explains what moves a quote and the five questions worth asking any pool company, including us.

Before you send it

Is the quote free?

Yes. There is no charge for the consultation or for pricing the work.

What if I do not know my pool’s size?

Give us the rough length and width and the deep end depth, or just say you are not sure. Volume matters for chemical demand, but nobody expects a homeowner to know their gallons off the top of their head.

My pool is green right now. Should I still use this form?

Call instead — a green pool gets worse by the day and the fix is a green-to-clean recovery, which we schedule differently from a normal start. In the meantime: leave the pump running and do not drain it.

Do you take on pools outside your listed areas?

Sometimes, if the property sits close to an existing route. Ask rather than assume — the answer depends on the day of the week more than on the mileage. The area list is here.

I am switching from another company. Is that awkward?

Not for us. Check your own notice period, and tell us on the form what went wrong — it usually tells us more about what your pool needs than the pool itself does.
